(Foto: Istimewa)<\/p>\n<p>BERITA PLUS, TEGAL \u2013 Kantor Perwakilan Bank Indonesia Tegal berkolaborasi dengan Pemerintah Kabupateb Brebes, Dinas Peternakan dan Kesehatan Hewan, serta DPD Juru Sembelih Halal (JULEHA) se eks Karesidenan Pekalongan menggelar Pelatihan dan Sertifikasi Kompetensi BNSP Juru Sembelih Halal (JULEHA) di Brebes pada 18-20 Mei 2026.<\/p>\n<p>Kegiatan bertema \u201cUpaya Penguatan Ekosistem Rantai Nilai Halal dalam Mendukung Pertumbuhan Ekonomi dan Keuangan Syariah\u201d ini diikuti 40 peserta dari wilayah eks Karesidenan Pekalongan.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Kepala Kantor Perwakilan Bank Indonesia Tegal, Bimala, menyebut pelatihan ini penting untuk mendukung implementasi kewajiban sertifikasi halal tahap berikutnya pada Oktober 2026.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Profesi JULEHA dinilai krusial sebagai garda terdepan dalam rantai produksi halal karena kesalahan kecil saat penyembelihan dapat membuat produk menjadi tidak halal,&#8221; kata Bimala<\/p>\n<p>Kabupaten Brebes dipilih sebagai lokasi karena dinilai pelopor penguatan ekosistem pangan halal lewat program SADESA JULEHA atau Satu Desa Satu Juru Sembelih Halal.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Melalui program Gema Halal, BI berkomitmen memperkuat ekosistem rantai nilai halal dari hulu hingga hilir, termasuk mencetak SDM kompeten dan tersertifikasi untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan serta daya saing produk halal nasional,&#8221;
