(Foto: Irqam\/Suara Indonesia)<\/p>\n<p><strong>BERITA PLUS, TUBAN<\/strong> &#8211; Sekretaris Daerah (Sekda) Kabupaten Tuban, Budi Wiyana bakal pensiun sebagai Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) tahun depan. Budi pun berbicara soal sosok penggantinya.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTahun depan (saya pensiun, Red),\u201d kata Budi kepada awak media usai menghadiri rapat di Kantor DPRD Tuban, Senin (22\/6\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>Budi menambahkan, PNS dengan jabatan pimpinan tertinggi (JPT) Pratama Eselon II di lingkungan Pemerintah Kabupaten (Pemkab) Tuban memiliki peluang yang sama untuk menggantikan dirinya.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cStok pengganti saya itu mestinya banyak. Yang Eselon\u00a0II semua berpeluang menempati posisi Sekda,\u201d ujarnya.<\/p>\n<p>Saat ditanya soal siapa orang yang pantas itu, Budi enggan menyebut nama. Menurutnya, posisi penggantinya tergantung Bupati Tuban.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWah (kalau nama, Red) itu semua tergantung penggunaannya, beliaunya (Bupati Tuban, Red),\u201d tandasnya.<\/p>\n<p>Sekadar diketahui, Budi dilantik sebagai Sekda Tuban pada tahun 2015. Saat itu, pelantikan dipimpin oleh Bupati Tuban periode 2011-2021, KH.
