(Foto: Istimewa) <\/p>\n<p><b>BERITA PLUS, BONE &#8211; <\/b>Penerimaan bantuan bedah rumah program Bantuan Stimultan Perumahan Swadaya (BSPS) Kementerian Kawasan Perumahan dan Pemukiman (Kemen PKP) di Kabupaten Bone Sulsel juga bakal menerima sertifikat tanah secara gratis.<\/p>\n<p>Kepala Bidang Pertanahan Dinas Perumahan Kawasan Pemukiman dan Pertanahan (Dispekimtan) Kabupaten Bone Ahmad Harun mengungkap program ini kolaborasi antara Kantor Pertanahan ATR-BPN dengan Disperkimtan Bone.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Disperkimtan Bone turun melakukan pendampingan pengukuran tanah untuk pemberian sertifikat tanah gratis bagi penerima program bedah ruamah atau BSPS,&#8221; ujar Ahmad, Minggu (19\/7\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>Untuk diketahui, penerima program BSPS di Bone juga mendapat sertifikat tanah gratis.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Ahmad menyebut, pilot project sertifikat tanah gratis tersebut menyasar Masyarakat Berpenghasilan Rendah (MBR) penerima manfaat program BSPS Tahun Anggaran 2025.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Untuk sasarannya yaitu Desa Jompie, Kecamatan Ulaweng sebanyak 8 KK penerima dan di Desa Tajong, Kecamatan Tellusiattinge 4 KK,&#8221; ungkapnya.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Komposisi (penerima mafaat BSPS dan sertifikat tanah gratis) mayoritas kepala keluarga perempuan MBR. Ini Pilot project (percontohan),&#8221; lanjut Ahmad.<\/p>\n<p>Hingga saat ini, pihak Disperkimtan Bone belum dapat memastikan perihal semua penerima BSPS menerima bantuan sertifikat tanah gratis.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Jadi data masih di sinkronisasi Kementrian dan belum ada petunjuk terkait teknis pelaksanaan,&#8221; pungkas Ahmad.
