(Foto: Pemko Padang)<\/p>\n<p><b>BERITA PLUS, PADANG &#8211; <\/b>Wali Kota Padang Fadly Amran secara resmi menyampaikan Nota Keuangan beserta Rancangan Peraturan Daerah (Ranperda) tentang Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah (APBD) Kota Padang Tahun Anggaran 2027 dalam Rapat Paripurna DPRD Kota Padang, Senin (14\/9\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>Penyampaian ini mengacu pada kesepakatan Kebijakan Umum Anggaran serta Prioritas dan Plafon Anggaran Sementara yang telah disetujui bersama pada 31 Agustus lalu.<\/p>\n<p>Dalam rancangan tersebut, total belanja daerah ditetapkan sebesar Rp2,81 triliun yaitu\u00a0terdiri dari belanja operasi Rp2,64 triliun, belanja modal Rp168,2 miliar, dan belanja tidak terduga Rp7 miliar.<\/p>\n<p>Disisi pendapatan direncanakan melalui Pendapatan Asli Daerah sebesar Rp1,15 triliun dan Pendapatan Transfer Rp1,57 triliun, sehingga terdapat defisit sebesar Rp90,38 miliar yang akan ditutup dari surplus pembiayaan netto, menjadikan postur anggaran berimbang.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAPBD 2027 disusun cermat, selaras dengan prioritas pembangunan provinsi maupun nasional, serta berpegang pada prinsip money follows program dan penganggaran berbasis hasil,\u201d tegas Fadly.<\/p>\n<p>Rapat yang berlangsung di Ruang Sidang Utama ini juga dihadiri Ketua DPRD Muharlion, para Wakil Ketua DPRD, Dandim 0312 Padang, Sekda Raju Minropa, unsur Forkopimda, anggota DPRD, kepala OPD, serta tamu undangan lainnya.
