(Foto : Istimewa)<\/p>\n<p><b style=\"font-size: 1rem; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: transparent; -webkit-text-size-adjust: 100%;\">BERITA PLUS, TEGAL<\/b><span style=\"font-size: 1rem; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: transparent; -webkit-text-size-adjust: 100%;\"> \u2013 Majelis Dakwah Korps Alumsi Himpunan Mahasiswa Islam (KAHMI) Kabupaten Tegal memperingati Milad ke-60 dengan menggelar seminar bertema &#8220;Mendorong Tata Kelola dan Transparansi APBD untuk Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Inklusif Menuju Tegal Luwih Apik&#8221;, di Pendopo Amangkurat Slawi, Sabtu (19\/9\/26). Sementara Tema nasional tahun ini &#8220;KAHMI untuk Kedaulatan Bangsa&#8221;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Seminar dihadiri sejumlah pejabat Pemerintah Kabupaten Tegal, pimpinan DPRD, Forkopimda, akademisi, dan kader KAHMI.<\/p>\n<p>Presidium MD KAHMI Kabupaten Tegal, Ridho Rejekiono, dalam sambutannya menegaskan APBD bukan sekadar angka, tapi instrumen keadilan.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Seminar ini bukan membicarakan angka-angka. Kita ingin menjadikan APBD sebagai instrumen yang adil, transparan, partisipatif, dan berpihak pada kepentingan masyarakat,&#8221; ujarnya.<\/p>\n<p>Menurut Ridho, transparansi bukan untuk mencari kesalahan, melainkan membangun kepercayaan. Kritik masyarakat yang konstruktif justru jadi energi perbaikan kebijakan.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Pertumbuhan ekonomi inklusif harus menghadirkan kesempatan dan manfaat lebih luas, tidak hanya untuk kelompok tertentu,&#8221; katanya.<\/p>\n<p>Ia juga menekankan demokrasi tidak berhenti di bilik suara, tapi harus hadir dalam perencanaan dan pengawasan APBD.<\/p>\n<p>Sementara itu, Sekretaris Presidium KAHMI Jateng, Sapto Widodo, menyebut Milad ini momentum memperkuat peran KAHMI. Mahasiswa punya dua karakter: muda dan intelek.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;KAHMI adalah fase lanjutan perkaderan HMI, yang bertanggung jawab mewujudkan masyarakat yang diridai Allah, dari cita menuju fakta,&#8221; kata Sapto.<\/p>\n<p>Ia mendorong KAHMI tidak hanya berkutat di politik dan akademik, tapi memperluas kontribusi di berbagai profesi.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Dengan bekal muda dan intelek, syarat bertahan bangsa ini adalah kuatnya meritokrasi dan kompetensi.
