BPBD Kabupaten Probolinggo)<\/p>\n<p><b>BERITA PLUS, PROBOLINGGO &#8211;<\/b> Jumlah korban meninggal dunia akibat kebakaran hutan dan lahan (karhutla) di kawasan Gunung Bromo bertambah menjadi lima orang. <\/p>\n<p>Munawi, warga Desa Ngadi Rejo, Kecamatan Sukapura, Kabupaten Probolinggo, meninggal setelah menjalani perawatan intensif di RSUD dr. Soetomo, Surabaya, Senin (19\/10\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>Munawi mengembuskan napas terakhir pada pukul 14.55 WIB. Ia sebelumnya mengalami luka bakar lebih dari 50 persen pada tubuhnya saat terlibat dalam pemadaman api di Gunung Pusung Lingker, Bukit Mentingen, kawasan Taman Nasional Bromo Tengger Semeru (TNBTS).<\/p>\n<p>Kepala Pelaksana Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD) Kabupaten Probolinggo, Oemar Sjarif, membenarkan kabar meninggalnya Munawi.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Saat dikonfirmasi, ia menyebut jenazah tengah dipersiapkan untuk dibawa ke rumah duka.\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">\u201cBetul, saat ini proses pemberangkatan jenazah ke rumah duka,\u201d katanya.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Meninggalnya Munawi menambah daftar korban jiwa dalam upaya pemadaman karhutla di kawasan wisata tersebut.<\/p>\n<p>Empat korban yang sebelumnya meninggal dunia yakni Sukaris dan Hendra Rony W, keduanya petugas TNBTS, serta Wisnu dan Sefril, yang merupakan relawan hotel. Sefril juga dikenal sebagai mantan atlet panjat tebing Kota Probolinggo.<\/p>\n<p>Dengan tambahan tersebut, total lima orang meninggal dunia akibat karhutla di kawasan Bromo.
